The western part of this large Teesta river crosses the Indian border and Bangladesh-India is jointly bound to Chhatnai colony. Fishermen catch fish in small boats in this river. Kasaban is well known along the Indian border on the eastern bank of the river. Cotton is supplied to the village barn and rice. Many people live by selling stones in the river. There are many fairy fish and shabby fish in the river. Most of the people of the river bank on the banks of the river carry their livelihood. This special part of Teesta of West Chhatni Union is well worth the help. And with that it is also known as the main tourist spot.
